hi there i m planning to repaste my thermol paste by liquid metal but i m not sure my heatsink is copper or alminium as liquid metal is not for alminium aslo is there any video about my model to repaste a thermal paste.
NOTE:MY MODEL IS HP OMEN

As far as I know, all Omens use copper hear sinks.
But I agree with @Grzwacz
Dont go with liquid metal if you dont know what your doing.
I personally like Kryonaut (which will do almost as well as Liqid Metal) or Phobya HeGrease Extreme.

Welcome back to the forum.
I am not an HP employee.
Metallic TIM is a very good conductor. You have to be really careful when applying this stuff.
You can fry the MB if you get any of that stuff anywhere except on the CPU heat spreader.
I don't know what HP is using (copper or aluminum) on the heatsink.
Just use a good non-conductive thermal paste like Arctic Silver MX-4 or Gelid.
Search YouTube for "How to apply thermal paste" videos. I use scotch tape to apply a thin even coating of paste over the entire CPU heat spreader.
