My HP HyperX OMEN 15-ga0001TX (i5-14450HX RTX 5050 8 GB) is getting lower FPS in Valorant than I expected. In the YouTube reviews I watched, they were getting over 300 FPS, but I'm only getting 150–180 FPS. Could you help me out?

You may have single channel ram which can cause bottleneck and lower fps. Check it and let me know.

Yes, I got single channel ram. But on YT they tested on single channel RAM as well. That makes me curious what's wrong with mine

There can be background load, your settings, etc which changes things. By optimising windows you may able to get some more but for noticeable and smother experience you should upgrade to dual channel ram by adding same specs ram stick in 2nd slot. Attach the link of youtube video you taking about so I can check and tell you.

I can check perfomance. Download and run Userbenchmark then post the result page like here.
(Skip/ignore prebench that will show in app).

If it says the server is busy then close the app completely and try again after 1-2min.

(It may ask you to get a paid version, just ignore that)

Also, share the youtube vide which you are taking about.
