hi i am trying to reach from 2 days but i can't because of bad service

i buy hp pavillion 15-cx0140 form kc electronics 1 month ago i am facing many problem harddisk problem  laptop shut down automaticlly even if thd battery is full , start getting hang ,window boot is 5 min and lag problem in game even on low setting plz fix

I cannot find that exact model number, but I can find Pavilion - 15-cx0140tx.

Is this the number you meant to say?

 

I would run the HP diagnostics and check the hardware for any possible failures first.

To do this, restart the PC and immediately and repeatedly tap the F2 key until the HP Diagnostics appears.

Choose to do the Extensive test for everything. This might take a few hours.

If the diagnostics finds nothing wrong, then it might be a corrupt operating system.

It will be easiest to run the HP Recovery and reinstall Windows. This will wipe the drive and return it back to factory condition.
