Welcome to our HP community forum!
Yes, your Victus by HP Laptop 16-e0650AX can be fitted with a 2TB M.2 NVMe SSD, or any other size if you so choose. You are only limited by your budget.
Your laptop can be fitted with up to 2 x 16GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-Pin RAM sticks.

Thanks For The Response....Can you clarify one more thing about the SSD please???
2TB is the maximum I can upgrade to right???
So I can use Either 1TB SSD × 2
or
2TB SSD × 1 combination....

No, there is no limit per se. Like I already commented, quote: "any other size if you so choose. You are only limited by your budget."
Meaning, by all means, install a 4TB M.2 drive, or an 8TB M.2 drive, etc. -if you are willing to spend the money.
