OMEN by HP 15-dc1044na
Microsoft Windows 11

Good morning

I have an Omen 15 and I am trying to connect 2 monitors using HDMI.

On the back of my laptop I have a USB type C and an HDMI port.

Using the USB type C, connected to a dual HDMI connector, only one screen is detected. If I remove one of the HDMI connectors, then the other display comes on.

If I plug in one connector to the HDMI port and another to the type C to HDMI connector, then only the laptop HDMI screen displays.

I have swapped out the type c to HDMI hub and it does not make any difference.

I have verified that my HP drivers and nvidia drivers are up to date. I am running windows 11 and I am using 2 Philips monitors type PHL 242VB.

Please can anyone point me in the right direction to get both my monitors working at the same time
