my built-in camera doesn't work

My built-in camera is not working (but USB webcam works). I contacted with Windows tech service and updated drivers & windows 11 but the issue was not fixed. and I opened device manager and could not find camera's driver. I would like to know if you can share the camera's driver file with me. thanks!

I would suggest repeatedly pressing F2 during startup to enter HP PC Hardware Diagnostics, then go to Component Tests and select Webcam to run a hardware test.
If the Webcam test option is not available, I would be more inclined to suspect a possible hardware-related issue.
If the Webcam test passes, please back up your important data first, then try the following steps:

1：Press Windows + R to open the Run window.
2：Type regedit and press Enter to open Registry Editor.
3：Paste the following path into the registry address bar and go to the Platform folder:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Media Foundation\Platform

Right-click on the blank area on the right side, then select New > DWORD (32-bit) Value.
Name it Enablefr.
Close Registry Editor, restart the computer, and then open the Camera app again to test.
