my dedicated gpu is not working. when I visited hp official website amd saw my system specs the dedicated gpu showing was amd radeon hd 8570m but when I saw it in device manger it is amd radeon hd 8500m.
and my gpu is available in device manger but not in dxdiag. and when I set my games to high performance then my games start lagging and then fps boosts to 60 for a second pls help. I have reinstalled the windows but nothing happen. used amd clean up utility but nothing happens.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the graphics card on your computer is not working.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Graphics: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp73001-73500/sp73276.exe

Brother I tried to install graphic driver from your link but when I install a blue screen of death in Windows 10 with the error kernel heap mode corruption error then I use and cleanup utility but again this error come. Then I check for Windows missing files but there was no missing file.
Please help

Did you update the BIOS?

Thx bro for replying.
And sorry for late reply because I am busy in learning about cloud recovery.my pc doesn't support cloud recovery and I don't have recovery media and my hardisk is also new.
Does you have any other solution.

I recommend you contact support and they will ship you the recovery media for your computer.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
