need help with TPM 2.0

I just bought black ops 7 and it need to have tpm 2.0 enabled and secure boot, i already have those and i have the lastest bios update F.30 Rev.A

but it didnt update the tpm 2.0 version  i have the 3.93.0.5 and i cant play the game i need the new version

Disable any antivirus on the computer and run image diagnostics.

Steps:
Note :Temporarily disable the Antivirus
1.Download the ImageDiags 4.x or 5 version.
2. Extract the file and run the setup file.
3. Follow onscreen instructions 
NOTE: Process takes 30-40 mins
