Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my relatively new laptop has suddenly started running very slow when I switched it on today.

it cant be full storage or background processes, because I have minimal programs and disk space used?

very confused and frustrated with my problem, I have tried driver updates, and used the HP PC Diagnostics program which scans each piece of hardware for operation etc, any other suggestions?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is running very slow.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.
