hello,

my laptop suddenly died, and when i turn it on the power light blinks for 1 sec then turns off again no screen lights no fan noises.

i found out a small IC is burnt

 

is it possible to replace this part? and if yes where can i buy it?

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest youContact HPin your region regarding the service options for your computer.
