Hi
I have a Omen HP 16 2023 16-wf0876no gaming laptop running windows 11 home and i would like to know how i can do a clean install on it of windows 11 home on it, as like it came when i first bought it.
Its less than 2 years old and recently failed on me and i had to take it for repair where they replaced the mother board, but since i got it back it seems slow and sluggish so i would like to do a clean install on it.
Please if somebody could advise me that would be great, thank you

You're very welcome.
Your notebook's product number is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will return the SSD to its 'out of the box' condition.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.
You can download the software from the Microsoft Store:

Hi, @Buzzz2
Please let me know the full product number of your notebook.
I know the first part of the product number is 872Y9EA, but I need to know the 3 other characters that come after the # sign.
For example: 872Y9EA#ABX
