warranty said it expired on aug8 provided proof of purchase on 29th of august cpu died before then looking for any help

I understand that the system currently shows the warranty as expired on August 8. However, since you provided the proof of purchase to HP on August 29, I request that the purchase receipt be reviewed and taken into consideration when determining the correct warranty start and end dates.

Please share a copy of the purchase receipt for verification. Additionally, please elaborate on the issue or concern you are experiencing with the system apart from the warranty status, so that we can better understand how we can assist you.

already sent receipt to hp in a pdf file they changed the date on warranty but no help after that o had to by an extended warranty
