Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

as the title says, omen command center does not launch. tried reinstalling but still nothing happens. this started happening jsut recently when i tried opening it.

@rohan98 Here's what we'll need to do, to resolve this issue:


1) In the search box, type and open "Uninstall a Program". 
2) Look for OMEN Command Center. 
3) Right-click to uninstall. 
4) Restart the computer. 
5) Install the OMEN Command Center from this link.

@rohan98 If none of that worked, perhaps, only to check or identify the issue, could you create a new user account and reinstall the OCC on it, to see if it works? If it does, you can transfer all your files to the new account and delete the old one as it may have a conflict or glitch causing the issue.

 

If that doesn't work either, try a system restore to an earlier data it had been working, followed by a backup of all important data on the device, on an external storage device and resetting windows using the steps in this link: click here
