It would really help us help you better if you guys would post the full model number instead of 0xx.
The Omen gaming machines only come with Windows 10 64bit. Are you saying you upgraded to Windows 10 Pro?
You really should have made your HP USB recovery media when you first purchased your PC.
If you use the ISO from Microsoft, you will have to install the drivers for it from HP.
Drivers... https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/omen-by-hp-17-an000-laptop-pc/15551440
The Command center needs some extra work to get it working again.
I have no gurantees that it will also work on Windows 10 Pro.
First, download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010
Next, download SYSTEM.SAV.rar
Extract the rar file.
NOTE: You might need "7zip" installed if you cannot bring up the option to extract it.
7zip download. Most systems, just install the 64bit exe version.
Then right click the rar file >choose 7zip>choose Extract here.
Open the SYSTEM.SAV folder, then open the flags folder. "Copy" the OMENALLYINSTALL file.
Navigate to C:\SYSTEM.SAV\Flags and "paste" the install file.
Note: You may have to go to View and enable Hidden items to see the SYSTEM.SAV folder.
At this point make sure the Omen keys are functioning (Fkeys and programmable keys).
If they do not work, make sure you have the HP System Event Utility installed for your system.
It will be available in the download page for your laptop model on the HP website.
Once you have working Omen keys verified, continue.
Download the file command center.rar and extract it.
Open the folder and doulble click the reg file to install it.
Your Command Center should work now. If its not installed, go ahead and install it.
It is available on your models download page for drivers on the HP website.

Thank you very much firstly.
You correctly give me a website that has diercted me to my exact laptop model. Actually I have done this before, for downloading the OMEN command center from that page. But it happened nothing at all.
However after completing all the steps you have mentioned, my laptop restarted automatically. Unfortunately, I still can't find the OMEN command center now even I pressed that particular patterned-key on my keyboard.
BTW I used to install some of the drives from that page and it restarted as well. but after that i could find what i aim to install.

You have to follow the steps exactly as I have it.
- Install Visual C++, it will need to restart.
- Then proceed to the next step for the System.Sav file.
- If your Fn and Function keys are working, skip the System Event Utility install, otherwise install it.
- Next the Command Center .rar install is a registry key that has to be installed.
- Then install the Command Center software from the drivers page.
If you dont do all of this, the command center will not work.

@trustprocess wrote:I got where is wrong! In the step 2( system.sav), I couldn't find the 'Flags' file in the file System.Sav. There is only a file called 'logs' in it.
No, the downloaded SYSTEM.SAV rar file has to be extracted. Inside will the a Flag Folder (not file).
Copy the OMENALLINSTALL file thats inside the Flags folder.
Then go to This PC and open the root of the C drive.
Go to View and enable Hidden items to see the SYSTEM.SAV folder inside.
Open it and there will be a Flags folder to open. Paste the OMENALLINSTALL file.

Did you install all of the HP drivers and such from the drivers page previously?
That might be part of the reason you dont see the flags folder inside SYSTEM.SAV.
I just discovered on my custom desktop that is not an HP, that the System.sav folder only has a logs folder also.
Drop the whole Flags folder inside it and see if that works.
