Product: HP Pavilion Gaming laptop 15-dk0049TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Still nothing happens I have download and update the command center app, I have omen 15-dk0049TX.  I bought the laptop 3weeks ago with command center functioning well then after the omen command update this happens... I don't know what is the reason why this happening. Command center did not tell the GPU and RAM usage always showing -1%  and temperature  -1C. And network booster is not opening i have also download and install update package.Omen Command Center 04-10-2020 13_50_24.pngOmen Command Center 04-10-2020 13_50_35.pngoption also not functioning.

Omen or Pavilion...?? are u sure that u bought Omen product??

It is NOT an HP Omen machine therefore OCC won't work.
