I bought on amazon this gaming pc that I need for work. at the first boot appears first the blue screen, then a series of writings in dos on a black background "ACPI BIOS ERROR (bug)", then an HP logo with "Boot Menu" (FreeDOS) and HP documents. Then I read two options "Load FreeDOS including HIMEM XMS-memory driver" and "Load FreeDOS whithout drivers". then the screen remains black with the DOS command line. The problem is that Amazon has replaced the PC and the newcomer has the identical flaw.
It seems that there are no service centers in Italy for the solution of the problem under warranty! but only "out of warranty"!?! That is, for a fee. It is not possible to have an answer by contacting the hp support site. I am forced to write in this community, in English... I'm afraid it will be my first and last experience with HP if these are the difficulties for an Italian customer.

it is curious to have exactly the same problem after replacement
If the computer has been replaced, I would advise you to see Amazon in order to reimburse it, and to find another model!
Otherwise, you must contact the hp after-sales service under warranty in your country.
