Hello, I recently bought a laptop omen 16, if zero problems in performance but when playing I proceeded to connect the headphones and the problem appeared, did not recognize the headphones, I tried several, then I started to update the drivers, the system, everything, after that the next day I finished updating everything since it was new and luckily mine began to recognize the headphones, but now out of nowhere it stopped working and I always get that it is disconnected, as if the jack 3. 5 does not work, I tried 1000 ways to fix it, and there is no way to do it, I hope you help me.

I see you are experiencing Audio issues with the HP Omen Laptop. I apologize for the Inconvenience.
I have a few recommendations
- Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
- Try with alternate headphones on the same jack.
