Hi @Jvsanchez1
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information
May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial number, phone number, email ID, etc.
In the meantime try these steps:
Turn off Grayscale on HP Printer
you can simply turn it off. Grayscale printing on HP Printers can be disabled by unchecking the 'Print in grayscale' option in the 'Advanced Print' dialog box, followed by clicking on 'Advanced' then 'Output,' then 'Color' and making sure the Grayscale Composite Gray option is not selected. You can find these options in the section of 'Advanced Properties' of the printer, as these options are printer properties.
Hope this helps!
Please perform these steps and Feel free to reply to your public post for any further assistance.
