Hello everyone. I am in a pickle.

I have done everything I can do get s0ix working properly for my Omen 16 running CachyOS. This is my go to OS. It is just difficult to stay on it since the area above the keyboard gets very hot when the laptop is "shut down". I use quotes because it doesn't seem to be fully shut down. CPU and GPU still receive power when it appears to be shut down. The battery drains more than is really should when in sleep/suspend.

Are there any plans for a BIOS update soon to allow for better support for s0ix on Linux? I am currently on kernel 7.0.0-rc6-1-cachyos-rc, with the current latest nvidia-open drivers from CachyOS devs.

Has anyone managed to get everything fully working? If there is any work being done to improve the laptop running Linux, I am more than happy to help test is possible.

Small thing also is am I able to get help with changing my forum name? My laptops model number got pasted by mistake. This isn't what I wanted my forum handle to be. Thanks for any help much appreciated.
