- What is your laptop model number? (You can find this by pressing Fn + Esc or checking the label on the bottom of your laptop.)
- Is the spacebar key physically broken, missing, or just unresponsive?
- Are you looking for a replacement keycap or the entire keyboard?
- Is your laptop under warranty?
