Omen by HP 15-ce001ne
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

so i just spilled tonic water on my laptop and it went into some of the keys on my keyboard, my laptop is omen 15-ce001ne, it went into the left and down arrow keys and the right ctrl and the right alt and maybe the space button.

i turned it off and flipped it on a towel for a half an hour and checked the towel if it was wet there was nothing, i left it for an hour and a half turned off and now i turned it on back and checked the keys, they still work and they are not sticky, is there anything i can do too to make sure there is nothing wrong ? i wiped the liquid off the laptop as soon as i spilled the tonic.

@karbonated , welcome to the forum.

Lesson learned!!  Please don't have liquids near your laptop.

I don't believe that any harm has been done as long as the keys are working properly.  You may want to use a hair dryer to assure that the liquid has been removed completely.  Don't get the keyboard too hot, however.
