I ran a system test today and it says my battery has a blown fuse with failure id U377UF-9LTB0H-MFPXGJ-C68703. It also says Charging port test fail with Failure ID U377UF-9LTB0H-MFPXGJ-08FX03. What should I do now? replace the battery again?

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry! We are in your corner.

I understand that your HP notebook is not working correctly. I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. Furthermore, I did decode the failure ID and refer to Battery 1 Blow Fuse failure. In order to fix this issue, the computer needs to be repaired or battery replacement.

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: https://www.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
