i bought my laptop 1-2 months ago, but what appears to be a problem is my laptops temperature is reaching around 60-65 while charging and peak was around 75. note that i dont have any heavy application installed.

laptop is hp victus 16- gtx 1650

65-75C is not an overheating issue.

 

Those temperatures are well within the acceptable range and are nothing to worry about.

 

"hp victus 16- gtx 1650" is not a way to accurately describe your notebook PC.
