hello, my touchpad on my keyboard stopped working where I cant even run diagnostic tests. i have tried uninstalling and updating the mouses in device manager with no luck (i dont have an external mouse just the touchpad) i have tried to run diagnostic tests where it the mouse will pop up for a second then dissapear and i have tried everything the virtual assistant gave me to no avail. the touch screen works perfectly along with the keyboard. now, i cant even run diagonstic tests and i have no idea what to do, and the mouse now randomly appears out of no where and i can click and then it is gone

i have also restarted and shut down my computer multiple times

please help me

If the device still does not function properly in the BIOS environment or within the UEFI Hardware Diagnostics interface, the issue is more likely related to hardware rather than Windows or drivers.

In that case, I would recommend contacting an authorized HP service center for further diagnosis and assistance.
