i have registered a repair case of my laptop since a week, the engineer came and checked said that they need to change the motherboard, again they came with a new motherboard but didn't change it rather said that they need to check maybe it's a display issue, since then there is no response from hp or sysnet

 

i need to know my current status of my case, how do I know it?
