hello i have a problem i just bought new victus gaming its all good except while gaming my cpu go up to 90-95c only while turbo boost on when i turn it off its cool down by -20c staying at 65-70c is this problem fixable?

When pumping up CPU power, this will definitely increase heat. I tested to increase clock speed on a machine another day and the heat was so high, the cooling system blew hot air out like a jet engine (even with chilled liquid).
Back to your machine, that is normal. It is up to you to use full power or not. A cooling pad may help
