Hi @Dhritiman28993j

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand the concern—USB ports that connect and disconnect intermittently can disrupt work and cause uncertainty. It’s good to know you’ve already tried several software fixes, that shows you’ve been thorough in your approach.

To guide you effectively, could you share a few details about your setup? For example:

  • The exact HP product model you’re using (desktop or notebook).
  • Whether the issue occurs with all USB devices or only specific ones.
  • If the disconnects happen only when the system is idle, under load, or randomly at any time.

This information will help us narrow down whether the behavior is linked to hardware, power management, or device-specific compatibility. Once we have that clarity, we can move forward with precise HP-recommended steps.

Would you like to start by confirming the product model and the type of USB devices affected?

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
