Can i  install the windows precision driver instead of the synaptic driver for the touchpad.?

Will it cause any problem inthe performance of the notebook touchpad.?

I understand that you are looking precision driver for Touchpad.

 

Windows precision driver isn't available with HP's support site, You may try using the synaptic's driver which is tested to work fine with the notebook you have.
