Hi, I have an OMEN 16.1-inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b1000 RCTO Base Model. I have a 8gb ram stick installed and want to get a 16gb ram stick. The issue is, the ones that I am getting are not compatible on my device. I used Crucial System Scanner and the ram did not fit. Can anyone help?

According to the product specs for the model series, the PC uses DDR5-4800 MHz memory.

This memory chip from Crucial should have fit:

 

Crucial 16GB DDR5-4800 SODIMM | CT16G48C40S5 | Crucial.com
