   I want to know the status of my warranty dispute which I filed on 27 October 2023.

Did they give you a case number ? You need to use that number otherwise you have to start over again.

How were you able to file a warranty dispute? I have tried numerous times over the past week and their dispute page is not working. I have asked for help on here, but no response. I am currently writing a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission. I hope you get some help. This company is making millions of dollars off of consumers and we deserve a way to contact them.
