hp victus

bluetooth is not connecting and also  i have been extended the warrenty but it was not showing

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your HP Victus. To better assist you, could you please let me know what device or peripheral you're trying to connect via Bluetooth? Are you having trouble connecting a specific device or is Bluetooth not working at all?

 

Also, regarding your warranty extension, could you please send the serial number and the proof of your warranty extension via private message, that would be really helpful for us to look into the details and make sure everything is in order.

and about bluetooth when i trying to connect my phone it was saving not connecting

of my laptop 
actually the thing is 
i bought in amazon and got the extension upto 2 years extra beyond laptop warrenty
and i have the mail 
but in warrenty status it dont not showing like that why
