even i have latest version of omen command center.

How long is it taking and does it open up and function when it does?

A new version just rolled out... V 9.3.6.0. and it might take several seconds to open when this happens.

Otherwise, if its off and you first run the command center, its normal to take approximately 10 seconds  to open.
