Hi @AmarildoM,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

Sorry for the inconvenience caused don’t worry let me help you.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?

  • Which version of Windows are you currently running (Windows 10 or 11)?
  • Do you see your Wi‑Fi adapter listed in Device Manager → Network Adapters? If so, is there any warning symbol next to it?

Steps you can try

  1. Check Device Manager
    • Press Win + X → Device Manager → Network Adapters.
    • Look for your wireless adapter (often listed as “Realtek,” “Intel,” or “Qualcomm”).
    • If missing, expand View → Show hidden devices.
  2. Enable Wi‑Fi services
    • Press Win + R, type services.msc.
    • Ensure WLAN AutoConfig is set to Automatic and is running.
  3. Network reset
    • Go to Settings → Network & Internet → Advanced network settings → Network reset.
    • This reinstalls all network adapters and resets settings to default.
  4. BIOS/UEFI check
    • Restart your PC, enter BIOS (usually F10 or Del during startup).
    • Confirm that the wireless LAN option is enabled. Sometimes it can be disabled at firmware level.
  5. HP Support Assistant
  • Run HP Support Assistant to check for chipset and wireless driver updates specific to your OMEN model.

I hope this helps.
