Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

evey  time i try to do a windows update it says Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80073712)

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to run the built in Windows Update Troubleshooter.

 

Go to Settings>Update & Security>Troubleshoot (on the list on the left)>Additional Troubleshooters (Blue link)>under the Get up and running section, click on the Windows Update troubleshooter.
