How do I use the Application and Driver Recovery DVD to recover lost applications? Disk contents do not show specific apps, just a list in the FLIST folder. I am looking,in particular, for the Cyberlink DVD Suite.

Thank you for posting this on HP Support Forums!
I see from your post that you need assistance with Application and Driver Recovery on your HP Pavilion Desktop PC. Don't worry we'll work together to help you find a solution.
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Did you install a retail copy of Windows.
After reviewing your post, I did go through the Software and driver download page and found that your PC was shipped with Windows 7 and unfortunately there are no software or drivers available for Windows 10.
If you wish to continue using Windows 10, then you would need to rely on generic Windows 10 drivers(Windows update) or you can try to update the drivers using HP Support assistant.
If you want, you can revert back to the original Operating system that was shipped with your PC. To know more about obtaining a set of recovery media, please click here
I would recommend you contact our HP support team for ordering a set of recovery media for your PC.
HP Support team can be reached on: www.hp.com/contacthp
Select the product type.
Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
Select the country from the drop-down.
You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!
Cheers!
