Product: HP Access Control
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (64-bit)
I am using HP Access Control Configuration Utility v15.0 and suddenly I cannot communicate with LDAP. I had a new admin trying to set herself up, a change was made and now no one can print using Secure Pull Print Enterprise. When I go into IRM AD User Editor type in a user name or email address click find it give me a user not found message. Even though the user is in AD. Does someone know anything about this, I have never used this product until a month ago, it was in place when I started here.
