The current version of HPIA (4.1.2) correctly finds softpaqs to install, but after selecting softpaqs on the Recommendations tab, the "Download" button doesn't do anything. each individual softpaq can be downloaded, extracted, and run individually, but the bulk download option does not work. Hover changes the color of the button.
Tried rebooting, reinstalling HPIA, selecting individual softpaqs and selecting sets of softpaqs.

If you are in the US please contact HP Technical Support.
They will want to know which ZBook G5 you are using as well as the version of Windows.
If you have done an "Image Analysis" press CTRL - Shift - S. This will bring up a dialog box allowing you to save the configuration of your system. The capture contains a snapshot of your current image and a snap shot of the HP reference image. This information will be used by technical support to better understand what you are experiencing and allow them to replicate your issue.
When you contact technical support make it very clear your problem is with HP Image Assistant. They should create a case and it is possible that your case will then be escalated.
