Hi

 

   Good day, Actually we are plan to migrate the hp data protector v7.xx to v9.xx. So we are plan to migrate the cellmanger to new cell manger. 

 

I have one doubt for the idb backup and restore. Could help how to test the idb backup and restore. examble the idb backup taken from production, now i want to test another one cell manger so i am already have one windows server with hpdp v7.xx. Please kindly advise to us how to test the idb backup restore to another cell manager.

I doubt your question has anything to do with MF Data Protector.

What were you doing?  What program and what laptop were you using?
