I changed my Outlook password today. But when I tried to get the Face Login turned off, it kept saying it was the incorrect password, so I restarted my computer, and logged in with the exact password that YouCam 5 isn't letting me use.

Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums.
I understand that you have an HP 15-ay100 Notebook. I understand that you're unable to turn off the face login (Windows Hello) as the Youcam 5 application is not letting you use it. Not to worry, I'll do my best to assist you with this case.
You may try to reinstall the Youcam software. The following steps will help:
-
In Windows, search for and open Recovery Manager.
-
Select Software Program Reinstallation.
Figure : Drivers and Applications Reinstall
- Select the appropriate Software program (such as Cyberlink YouCam or MediaSmart Webcam), and select Next.
Figure : Drivers and Applications
-
If prompted, click Next to first uninstall the selected program. The program uninstalls, and then reinstalls.
Hope this helps. Let me know. Cheers! 🙂
