Half a year ago, my printer worked fine, but I haven't used it recently. Now, it will print whenever I tell it to, but no ink actually hits the paper: it only prints blank pages.

 

The ink levels are sufficient; the printer is not telling me that they are low.

The printer is plugged directly into the outlet.

I have removed, cleaned, and replaced both cartridges,

I have unplugged the printer, waited several minutes, pressed the power button for thirty seconds, and plugged the printer back in.

I have run the "Clean Cartridges" on both levels twice.

I have tried using different types of paper.

I have run "Clean Page Smears."

Please follow the instructions in Step 13 from this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-envy-4520-all-in-one-printer-series/5447920/document/c047184... to Manually clean the area around the ink nozzles

 

 

If the issue persists, then the printer needs to be serviced
