HP Envy 5010
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Envy 5010 printer that is WiFi network connected and connected to Web Services. It is recognised in Windows Devices and Printers and I can send documents for printing. It is connected to my PC via WiFi and not USB or Ethernet.

However HP Smart doesn't recognise it as online.
