Product: Officejet Pro 6960
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had to perform a hard reset on my HP Officejet PRO6960 after losing the password

I am now getting the message 'Cartridges cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink.

I already am enrolled in Instant Ink.  How I do I get the printer to move on from the screen and recognise my enrolment i Instant Ink?
