Hello, my hp instant ink account has been suspended. have just updated billing but still can't print will it be possible for support to contact me to get this sorted tonight if possible?

Hello, this same thing is happening to my set up. It says my account is payed, as of May 22. I did add a new payment method as well. It says "suspended" and on the printer it says "Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink", though I have certainly enrolled it. Please help
