The black ink only prints one or two pages after running the 'clean printhead' process a few times and the 'clean smears' process too.  The back of the page is clean, the colour prints fine, but no black ink.  

After a few printhead cleans the test page comes out almost perfect, but not 100%; the black squares are not 100% complete.  

 

The documents all print out but without any black ink.  The cartridge feels like it has plenty of ink in it, and the levels indicate that it is over half full.  The printer tells me to replace the cartridge.  How can I order a replacement black cartridge as I won't be sent one until the black ink runs low - which it won't do!
