Solved!

Black print cartridge smearing, faint or not printing

HP Recommended
HP OfficeJet Pro 6960
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

After only being delighted with my printer I have suddenly got a problem with printing of documents where the print is faint smearing or completely missing. This only affects the black ink. I have run through multiple cleaning cycles but the problem continues. The virtual assistant is suggesting that I try a new cartridge. I am an instant ink customer so how do I order a replacement?
