Hello. Printer isnt working. No error indicated on its control panel. Tried turning the device on and off. Please see picture attached. 

 

Anyone, please help. thanks!!

Hi,

 

Thank you for contacting HP.

 

Please try the steps below:- 

  • Connect the printer to a known working wall outlet directly and not to a surge protector.
  • Ensure the power is not loose at the both the printer and the wall outlet end, The power cord should be connected firmly at both the ends.
  • Check if there is an LED light glowing at the rear where the power cord is connected.
  • Inspect the cord for any physical damage, use another cord if you have a spare one.
  • Also try connecting the printer to a different room, in a different wall socket.
  • Look for any protective film on the printer display, if there is any, please remove and discard that.
