Please help. I just want my printer to print images but apparently I need this ink plan for it to print something and even then it'll limit how much I can print. Is there any way I can have a working printer without having to pay every month for ink I'll never use to be delivered to me? I just wanted a nice image for my mum for mothers day and I've ended up sitting here crying for the past 2 to 3 hours over this **bleep** printer. I just want this image and I need to pay wkrh nonexsistant money for it. I have a HP Deskjet 2700 btw, I just want it working before mohers day. Please help I don't want to return it and ruin my mothers day plans nothing else is helping me find my answer.

@Rosie90, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Yes, you can print without enrolling the printer in Instant Ink. However, you should not be using Instant Ink cartridges in the printer.

Use regular HP inks. Check the label on the ink cartridges installed in the printer.

Remove any Instant Ink cartridge and replace it with regular inks to resume printing.

Enrolling the printer in Instant Ink is optional and not mandatory.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
