I need help i brought 952 xl ink cartridge for my printer because it said it compatible but now i put them in its saying not compatible. The tag however is sayin 954 ink cartridges. Need help as to how can the 952 work in my printer

What country are you from and what country did you purchase the printer from?

 

HP 952 cartridges are available for a printer purchased from the US, HP 954 for Latin America.

 

Have you moved with your printer to another country?
