I have a previously owned HP ENVY PHOTO 7855 product # K7R96-64008. Im trying to register my printer so I can sign up for HP Instant Ink. The web services have already been enabled by previous owner so the printer claim code has already been used. When I tried to register the HP Instant Ink website told me to try turning off the web services and then enabling them again and that should generate a new email address for the printer which would also give me a new claim code. I tried doing that but it just tells me that web services are already set up and gives me same email address for printer as it did before. Any suggestions on something else I could try so I can register this printer with my account? Thank you

Hi @Lloyea81
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
I would suggest performing a factory reset on the printer. Delete all the old settings on the printer.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
