Last month there was an issue with my billing. I spoke with a representative and I fixed the billing issue. I also told him I wanted to downgrade my plans from 300 to 100 pages. They said no problem and once again there was billing issue so I fix the billing issue once again because last month it was supposed to be a one time payment on a certain card And authorization don’t know why but anyways my plan never downgraded from 300 to 100 pages and I only use 80 pages and I have like 500 rollover pages. I do not want to pay the $15. I only want to pay the seven because I barely used it and , I asked to be downgraded and they said I would 

Please help I have the HPV 6035E all in one wireless printer
